About the example portals on this site

Eight of the portals shown on this website are demonstrations, not client work. They cover plumbing, a family clinic, accounting practices, construction, hotels, a private hospital group and manufacturing. We built them to show what a portal can look like in different industries and business sizes. The company names, the people, the documents, the dollar figures and the events in those examples are all made up, and any similarity to a real business is coincidental.

Our one real client build is the members' portal for Krishna Bhagwan Co-operative Housing Society in Mumbai, which is live and which you can open from the homepage. As we complete further client builds and get written approval to publish them, we will add them and label them clearly as real.

Figures and outcomes

Numbers shown on this site are illustrations of the kind of result a portal can produce. They are not a promise of what your business will get. What a portal finds depends entirely on what is in your files and how your business runs. We would rather say that plainly than imply a guarantee.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Industry software starts from $599. The $199 project deposit is credited to your final price. If NIR cannot take the project, we refund it. Once we have reviewed and scoped your brief, the deposit covers that work and is not normally refundable, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

Using this website

You may read, print and share this site for your own business purposes. You may not copy the design, the code or the written content to use in your own product or marketing. The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available.
