A society going through redevelopment produces an enormous amount of paperwork: developer proposals, tender documents, legal agreements, structural reports, committee minutes and government notices. All of it was moving through WhatsApp groups and email chains. Nobody could find the same document twice, and every member was asking the committee the same questions.
We built one private portal. Every document sits in one place, organised, searchable, and available in English, Hindi and Marathi. Members log in and find what they need themselves instead of asking the committee for it.

Every answer names the file and page it came from, so you can check it with one click. In week 4 your team tests it on real questions and we correct anything that comes back wrong before it goes live. We also show you which answers were wrong, instead of quietly fixing them.
We document the AI provider, hosting location, training policy, retention settings and every other service your data passes through before you sign. Your organised files stay in your own cloud account. When somebody asks a question, only the relevant text needed to answer it is sent to the configured AI service. Provider-side retention depends on the service and configuration selected for your build, and we disclose that in writing before deployment. We do not use your documents to train our own models. If you need a private-network design with no external AI service, we can scope that separately.
Microsoft 365 Copilot can work with external business data through connectors and can provide source citations. If your requirement is mainly Microsoft 365 content, Copilot may already be enough. We are useful when you need a purpose-built operational portal that joins your specific systems, permissions, dashboards, calculations and workflows in one interface, including sources that need bespoke integration. We can also build around Microsoft 365 rather than replace it.

That is a fair thing to ask. The portal runs in your own cloud account, not ours, so it keeps working whether we are here or not. We hand over documentation at the end of every build, so another developer can pick it up. We would rather say that plainly than pretend it is not a risk.
