Both. QuoteFlow and FieldReport are repeatable software products. NIR also has specialist AI foundations that can be adapted into your own branded AI product. Fully custom systems are quoted separately.

Your services, starting prices, important pricing variables, contact details and any rules that change the estimate. NIR uses that information to configure your quoting flow.

Yes. You can cancel the subscription so future recurring charges stop. Your access remains subject to the billing period and the current subscription terms.

It works best where pricing can be expressed as clear rules, ranges, quantities or add-ons. Very complex jobs that always require inspection may still use QuoteFlow to capture a lead and provide a guide rather than a final binding quote.

A technician or field worker records what was done, adds notes and photographs, completes the checklist and can capture customer acknowledgement. The information can then be turned into a professional proof-of-work report.

It is designed for trades, maintenance teams, cleaning companies, installers, inspectors, field-service operators and other businesses that need to show what happened on site.

$19 USD per month at the founding price. It is a recurring subscription because the application is hosted and maintained by NIR.

Yes. The product is designed around practical job evidence including before-and-after photographs, job notes, checklist information and customer acknowledgement.

FieldReport is intentionally focused. It is primarily for job documentation and proof-of-work. If you need dispatch, payroll, inventory, fleet management and accounting in one platform, you may still need a broader field-service system.

You are buying a branded commercial instance built from one of NIR's existing specialist AI foundations. The current founding price is $899 USD as a one-time purchase.

The package is intended to include your brand, colours, domain or subdomain, specialist AI interface, customer-facing experience, commercial setup and 30 days of launch bug-fix support.

Current NIR foundations include stock-market research, crypto research, marketing, automotive, tradie/field-service, real estate, legal research and medical-information AI. Suitability depends on your intended audience and use case.

No. Those models belong to their respective providers. You are buying the NIR application and business experience built around the model: your branding, configuration, workflow, customer experience and commercial deployment.

Yes, for the commercial AI Business package. Your instance can be prepared so you can set your own customer pricing and connect your own Stripe account. Revenue from your customers then goes to your own payment account.

The commercial white-label version is intended to use your customer-facing brand. NIR may still be identified in technical or contractual documentation where necessary, but the customer product can be presented under your own brand.

You do. The cleanest ownership model is to connect your own AI/API account. That keeps your usage, limits and model costs under your control instead of tying your business to NIR's ongoing API bill.

Unless a proposal explicitly says otherwise, domain registration, AI/API usage and optional third-party services are separate. We prefer accounts to be in your name so you retain control.

Not automatically with the $899 package. The standard commercial package gives you a branded operating instance and a commercial licence for that instance. NIR retains the reusable underlying framework. A source-code licence can be quoted separately.

No, not under the standard commercial licence. You can operate your branded AI and sell customer access to it. Reselling the underlying NIR framework, template or source code requires a separate written licence.

Yes. If an existing NIR foundation is not suitable, we can scope a custom specialist AI. The price may be higher because it requires new domain logic, workflow design, testing or data integration.

No. AI can make mistakes. The product should be designed around the level of risk in the chosen field. Financial, medical, legal and other high-stakes use cases may require stronger sourcing, human review, disclaimers, jurisdiction controls and additional safeguards.

Delivery depends on the amount of branding, content, integrations and changes required. NIR confirms the practical scope after purchase or onboarding rather than promising the same delivery time for every project.

Unless stated otherwise, NIR.Systems prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

NIR uses Stripe for supported online payments and subscriptions. Stripe handles the payment form and card processing rather than NIR storing raw card details on the website.

QuoteFlow and FieldReport are ongoing hosted software services. The specialist AI offer is positioned as a branded commercial deployment that you operate as your own product, so the core build is sold as a one-time purchase.

No. A one-time purchase cannot sensibly include unlimited third-party AI usage forever. Your own API account should normally pay the ongoing model usage. Any optional managed hosting or maintenance is quoted separately if required.

NIR collects the information needed to prepare your version: business name, logo, colours, domain preference, AI niche, intended users and any key content or workflow requirements. The build is then configured and deployed around the agreed scope.

The founding package is intended to include 30 days of bug-fix support for the delivered launch scope. New features, major redesigns, new integrations or a change of business model are separate work.

Yes. Optional ongoing management can cover maintenance, deployment support, model/API changes and minor updates. This is separate from the one-time build price and can be quoted based on the level of support you want.
